We are a mobile outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy company delivering personalized, in-home physical therapy services throughout San Diego County. Job Summary: 

Are you passionate about spending one-on-one time with your patients and providing tailored care? Do you strive to have the freedom to manage your own schedule and enjoy a healthy work-life balance? At Physio2Go, we offer just that!

  • Manageable Caseload: Our full-time physical therapists see an average of 4-6 patients per day and work 4-5 days per week, allowing for meaningful patient interaction without the stress of high volume.
  • Variety in Your Practice: Enjoy the variety of seeing a diverse group of patients, which helps prevent burnout. Common types of patinets include: Outpatient Orthopedic, Home Health, Hospice and even Vestibular. You’ll be able to reconnect with the reasons you fell in love with physical therapy in the first place!
  • Flexibility and Autonomy: We encourage you to take control of your schedule. You’ll have the ability to set your visits based on your preferred times and routes, all while maintaining a manageable patient visit average.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services in patients' homes or community environments.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient’s unique needs, utilizing your clinical expertise.
  • Receive mentorship and support from our Clinical Success Managers who are invested in your growth while offering you autonomy in your practice.

  • Multiple PRN positions available across SD county!
Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited United States physical therapy program
  • Active and unrestricted California physical therapy licensure
  • Willingness to work with a geriatric population
  • COVID-19 Vaccinated
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics or home health is a plus
  • New Grads welcome to apply! 
Compensation: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
