Job Summary: 
Built for PTs, by PTs: Our model is designed to eliminate burnout and help you focus on what matters most, providing exceptional care. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapists to provide mobile outpatient therapy across home health, hospice, and insurance-based outpatient orthopedic cases. You’ll treat a diverse patient mix with true clinical autonomy and flexibility.

What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver high-quality, customized, evidence-based PT treatments to patients in their homes or community settings. 
  • Build meaningful, long-term patient relationships while maintaining autonomy in your clinical decision-making
Pay:
Total potential compensation: $80,000–$105,000+ annually

Qualifications:
  • Physical Therapist license in California
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
  • Comfortable working with a geriatric population
  • Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program approved by the APTA
Multiple positions available including:
 1. Full-Time Physical Therapist — East County San Diego
Service Area: College Area, La Mesa, Spring Valley, El Cajon, Lemon Grove, Santee, Blossom Valley, Lakeside, and Rancho San Diego.

 2. Full-Time Physical Therapist — South County San Diego
Service Area: Chula Vista, Otay, San Ysidro, Eastlake, Bonita, Imperial Beach, Coronado, Paradise Hills, and National City.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
