1. Full-Time Physical Therapist — East County San Diego
Service Area: College Area, La Mesa, Spring Valley, El Cajon, Lemon Grove, Santee, Blossom Valley, Lakeside, and Rancho San Diego.
2. Full-Time Physical Therapist — South County San Diego
Service Area: Chula Vista, Otay, San Ysidro, Eastlake, Bonita, Imperial Beach, Coronado, Paradise Hills, and National City.
3. Full-Time Physical Therapist — Coastal & Central San Diego
Service Area: La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Clairemont, University City, Del Mar, Point Loma, Downtown, and Coronado.

What You’ll Do:
- Built for PTs, by PTs: Our model is designed to eliminate burnout and help you focus on what matters most, providing exceptional care.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy to patients in their homes or community settings
- Customize treatment plans to meet each patient’s individual needs and goals
- Build meaningful, long-term patient relationships while maintaining autonomy in your clinical decision-making
- Collaborate with and receive support from our Clinical Success Managers, who are invested in your growth while offering you autonomy in your practice
- Reclaim Your Passion: We’re reimagining what it means to be a mobile PT, more support, less burnout, and meaningful patient care.
Qualifications:
- Physical Therapist license in California
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
- Comfortable working with a geriatric population
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program approved by the APTA
The salary range listed below represents Physio2Go’s good-faith estimate of the total potential compensation for this role at the time of posting. This includes base pay, gas reimbursement, and eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses.
Pay: $80,000 - $105,000 per year
