Job Summary: 
Built for therapists, by therapists: Our model is designed to eliminate burnout and help you focus on what matters most, providing exceptional care. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapists to provide mobile outpatient therapy across home health, hospice, and insurance-based outpatient orthopedic cases. You’ll treat a diverse patient mix with true clinical autonomy and flexibility.

What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver high-quality, customized, evidence-based OT treatments to patients in their homes or community settings. 
  • Build meaningful, long-term patient relationships while maintaining autonomy in your clinical decision-making
Where You'll Treat:
  • South County San Diego
  • Service Area: Chula Vista, Otay, San Ysidro, Eastlake, Bonita, Imperial Beach, Coronado, Paradise Hills, and National City.
Pay: $80-100/visit

Qualifications:
  • Occupational Therapist license in California
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
  • Comfortable working with a geriatric population
  • Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program
Compensation: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
